    Perfect Products for me
    I love this shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair feel so clean. It’s not thick like some products and it’s not oily. Neither is is drying I have tried them all, but always go back to these.

    The product is good, the packaging not so much…
    The product is fine, but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The bottles were just stuck in a box, no padding, nothing to hold anything in place and nothing done to prevent leakage from the pumps so the box was soggy and the bottles were sticky. Others I’ve bought have been bubble wrapped or taped down in such a way to prevent leakage.

    Not what I expected
    After reviewing other people’s comments, I thought I’d give this a try. My hair is so dull and dry. This is probably not the right shampoo for me. I will try other formulas that Loreal sells. It cleans the hair. However I was looking for more balance and softness with fragance in my shampoo.
