    Stylish, quality leather handbag on a budget
     I don’t always leave reviews but I was really happy with this bag. Normally I carry the tiniest little bags so I was trying to find something practical without being too big. I wanted a chic looking everyday handbag that I can dress up or down, and I think I finally found the one. It’s also real leather which is almost unheard of at this price point. Some mention a smell, well mine did, but not in a bad way, it smells like the tackle shop, and that’s a good sign that you have a real, brand new leather product. The hardware is good, zippers are easy to use, and it has the cross-body strap which makes it pretty versatile. I haven’t tried it yet but given the shape it would probably sit really nicely on the hip. I think the value is tremendous given the price and how often I plan to use it.

    Close to perfection
    As we all know, life is the search for the perfect purse. This is the closest I’ve ever got. The red color is beautiful and I love the silver hardware. The details on the short strap are really cute. It is well made- strong stitching. It has 2 interior zipper pockets and 2 slip pockets. I love that the extra zippered pocket makes a perfect slot for my phone (a lot of purses have the zippered pocket in the middle and it drives me crazy). It’s just the right size for me, I can even get my tablet in when I need it. The outside pocket is not big enough for my phone but it makes a perfect spot for my keys.My only complaint is the long strap. I must be an idiot but I can’t figure out how to switch straps. (My sister couldn’t figure it out either.) But the short strap is adjustable too and I use it that way- in fact I love carrying it on my shoulder.I REALLY love this purse. Buy it!!

    Some other comments mentioned the “odor” when first opening, that’s the smell of treated leather. One good way to tell if “real” leather. While the bag is a little larger than anticipated, I am extremely satisfied with the bag. I ordered the violet color and it does not disappoint. The longer strap was easy to put on. The hardware is great. Love, love love this new bag. Great value, construction and overall beautiful. Thank you 😊

    I am very pleased with this purse !I read all the reviews and was mildly concerned when some said there was an uncomfortable odor that came with it. I noticed a mild, brief smell, like a disinfectant, but this disappeared the first evening, and it was replaced by the smell of leather.The purse came well packaged and complete. I like that it is fairly large and can carry all my stuff,– with room to spare- something I was looking for to replace my current purse.The quality is excellent, it is similar to others I have but costing far more. I love the soft leather Hobo designs and this fills all my requirements perfectly !I am considering buying another in a different colour I am so pleased with this one..

    Beautiful, quality bag at a reasonable price!
    This is THE bag I’ve been looking for now the past 15 yrs!! It is every bit the quality of the designer brands for half the price. Best features are the pebbled leather that is more durable and more resistant to scratches and water than smooth leather, as well as the beautiful wine satin liner inside. It also has a complete top zip, ladies!! I detest the magnet closure, because with one sharp turn in the car, the contents of your purse comes spilling out. I love the design of the inside pockets with zippers and there is an exterior zip pocket perfect size for a smart phone, allowing you to go right for it and not having to dig for it. The bag is really the perfect medium size handbag with more of long vs. tall size, so if you need the room, but don’t want the bulkiness of a tote, you’ll love this bag! I’m actually considering ordering another, so I can have it for when the day comes it’s too worn out-that may seem weird, but when you have searched for the perfect black leather handbag as long as I have, you don’t take it lightly:) I wish sooo much that this bag came in a dark brown and I would scoop it up too! I just haven’t really decided if the brown color they offer is too orange. Only thing that was somewhat concerning was that I had paid for 2 day shipping and although it was delivered promptly, the box was open!! However, the purse was wrapped well and unscathed, so there wasn’t a problem other than my irritation with the FedEx courier who delivered it like that. Anyway, this was the best online purchase I think I’ve ever made, so hopefully they’ll offer this in dark brown soon!
