    Finally one that works!
    I struggle with scented plugins. We live in a small house with very few outlets. I hate take up outlet space when I need to plug-in.The batteries last a long time and it’s perfect why you do t have a nearby outlet. It is automatic and sends fragrances throughout the room.Perfect fit the kitchen

    Great little device IF it works
    Updated to 4 stars 10/2023. I figured out how to get them working again. Clean the silver plate inside and out with qtips dipped in 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. The ick on them is gross but dry them well with fresh qtips and load it up with the scent refill and fresh batteries. I went from 1 out of 7 working to all 7 working again last month. I am thrilled. The manufacturer could simply state to clean the plates on the box instead of expecting the customer to send them back.That’s bad customer service imo.I loved everything about this new design. Yet here I am 4 months into having this unit and it no longer works. I read the other reviews about this happening and didn’t believe them. Smh I am not a happy customer right now. 2 stars for the design, color and scent of the refill. Jan 2023: 4 of 7 are now no longer working. I’ve had these for 7-8 months. Do not recommend until Air Wick corrects this. Scents are great, that’s what the one star is for.

    Works better than the other brand…
    I purchased a cool mist essential oil diffuser from another brand ( rhymes with blade) about 2-3 months ago and I stopped using it because I wasn’t impressed. It’s a slightly larger diffuser that needs to be plugged in so you can only use it where there’s an outlet and I found myself not smelling the fragrance unless I was standing near the unit when it would activate the mist. I love that this is a smaller unit that is battery operated so it can be used anywhere in the house. This diffuser closes more securely and releases alot more mist at a time. I have this currently in my livingroom set on lowest setting and I smell the fragrance as soon as I walk into my house. I never experienced that with the other brand diffuser. I often found myself checking it to see if it was working because I couldn’t smell anything. So as of right now this one gets a 5 star rating. Let’s hope that doesn’t change lol.

    WORKS WELL
    Love this air freshener. It works well in the office as it is battery operated (batteries included). Adjustable scent flow. Great small size for desks. The only drawback is that refills for this on Amazon are a little pricey and you can’t test them as you would be able to do in the stores. The good thing is that just about every store including grocery stores carry these refills, some just not a wide variety. If your looking for an air freshener for a small space with minimal maintenance, I would recommend.
