    Does the job
    I am way behind in filing….like years, so I had boxes of receipts, bill statements, etc and much that needed to be shredded. My motor in my old shredder literally died. I am really liking this one. Even though you can only shred for 4 minutes then must give the shredder time to cool off, it still does an amazing job. Four minutes is a lot longer than you would think and you can get lots done in that amount of time! You might even be ready for a little break yourself while you let the shredder cool off. I did! Then I was right back to shredding. Since I already burned up one machine, I am only shredding 2 pages at a time, though it says you can shred more than that. Once I get caught up, this shredder will be able to zip through my little mess with ease. After using this machine quite a bit, I would highly recommend it.

    SHREDDER WORKED WELL UNTIL PAPER JAM
    I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON GETTING THE PAPER JAM OUT SO I CAN USE MY SHREDDER AGAIN. WORKED VERY WELL BEFORE THE JAM. I LIKE THIS STYLE BETTER THAN THE ONE I HAD BEFORE. LESS MESS WHEN EMPTYING.

    QUALITY! It is true, you get what you pay for. This is well worth the cost and more, is an excellent heavy duty with lots of features. 10 year waranty tells the full stry. No one guarantees a product that long without KNOWING it will LAST that long!We had TONS of papers to be shredded when we got this and overheated it.. warning light tells you to STOP and let it rest. Hubby shredded something (plastic? ) In it and jammed it up TiGHTLY!CUSTOMER SERIVE is AMAZING! Even on Sunday afternoon.. A cheerful, friendly very helpful understanding woman ( Kiersten – ASK for her!) was very patient with this old woman (81) and carefully and completely explained all the steps needed to successfully ( less than an hour after we hung up) un-jam this shredder and have it working beautifully again. Go to Custmer Support if you have ANY questions.Buy this shredder as the BEST office or home gift for any family or friend. They will LOVE you for itforever. CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER..take note. This woman is OUTSTANDING CS!! Would be a wonderful MANAGER, but then we would lose her to CS! Give her RAISE, brownie points, Gold stars and her name on the bullentin board in the break room.     Great shredder for our home! Performs great and this size holds alot. Nice having the visual slot in front to see when it’s getting full. Has a handle on the top for easy open and portability which makes it easy to empty.

    Not really heavy duty
    This shredder works for small jobs, but it isn’t good for a large volume of shredding (like 100 plus pages). I only put in 3 pages at a time but it heated up quickly and paper got jammed in the teeth. I’m keeping my old shredder for big projects. This will do for the daily mail only. The lubrication sheets didn’t really do anything positive.

    Simple to operate and so far no jams. Works a treat on junk mail so I can stick it in the hot bin for compost. Does A4 size with no fuss. Put 7 sheets through it and it never faltered. Easy view window to see when it needs emptying is handy. Good bit of kit for under my desk at a reasonable price.
