    Love It…
    2nd REVIEW UPDATE…It’s 5 months since I purchased this product and I still like the LG earbuds. But about 2-3 months ago, the sound in the right earbud stopped working. Even when the volume is turned up to the max – the sound from the right earbud is so faint its like a very low whisper. However, the sound in the left earbud is continuing to work just fine. I thought the issue with the right earbud had something to do with my iPhone, so I tested the earbuds out on 2 other mobile phones and the sound from the right earbud still does not work properly. Other than this, I really light the earbuds. The earbud retraction still works great and I have not had issues with speaking on the phone using the earbuds. Also, I charge the earbuds a few hours at night and I am able to use the earbuds the entire day with no issues with charging. I did purchase the warranty, so if the right earbud continues to not work, I hope the manufacturer honors my warranty. Although I am very disappointed that the right earbud stop working 2-3 months after purchase, I still recommend this product to others1st REVIEWAfter purchasing several inexpensive earbuds (that did not last long), I decided to purchase the LG earbud. Thus far, I am very please with the product. The sound is very clear. I am not someone who wants loud music blasting in my ears so I am very pleased with the volume and bass of the music. Also, when I used the cheaper earbuds in the past, I was always told by the person on the phone that he/she could not hear me. So now, every time I speak to someone using the LG earbud, I ask them can you hear me clearly and, so far, 100% of the people have said “yes, I hear you just fine”. The retraction on the earbuds are nice as well. The product description states to be gentle when pulling on the retractable earbud. This was a concern of mind at first because I can be a bit rough with products (per my husband). So I make sure to pull on the retractable earbud very gently and so far so good. I have had the product for 1-2 months and I am still pleased. I also purchased the 3-year warranty. So, I recommend this product to others.

    This will be the third LG I have purchased. The first one was for myself several years ago. My son ended up using it a couple years later until one of the ear pieces broke. I bought him a new one and he used that one everyday until it finally broke. This will be the third one. He’s very hard on them but they still last a long time. The sound is great and we really like the retractable ear pieces.

    Great earbuds – but do not last long with heavy use
    This is my third pair in two years, but worth the price of service. For me they are really comfortable to use, which trumps longevity. Plan on replacing them once in a while. The break points for me are: the springs that draw the buds back in, the stem breaks or one bud will stop working.

    Works amazing!
    I had to replace my old bluetooth headset since one side wasn’t working anymore (same brand but different model). I am loving these headsets. I like to listen to music when I’m cleaning the house (not everyone in house agrees with my style of music), yard work/mowing, traveling in the car for a long time and just to listen to music whenever as well. Light weight, comfortable, the bud cord is adjustable and easily retracts when you’re done using it, battery last long and great sound quality. I’d recommend this product if someone was to ask me, 100%.

    If it were heavier I could use it as an anchor
    This is the 3rd LG Tone I’ve had in 4 months, all stopped working. This one stopped a week after it was no longer returnable. They all just stopped charging, tried other cords and chargers, all 3 times it was the headset. Complete piece of trash. We’ve had an LG fridge for 6 months, now I’m holding my breath and crossing my fingers. The last 2 were replaced by Amazon, now that the 30 return window has elapsed, I need to deal with LG. I’ve tried the Customer Service line 3 times, all 3 times it’s hung up on me after being on hold forever. BUY ANOTHER BRAND PEOPLE, LG IS THE WORST.

    Great headset
    I had to replace my old one that broke. These are great. The only difference is when you turn it on it doesn’t tell you what your battery level is. You have to open the app to show it. Sound quality is great.

    The right ear bud quit working
    I deliver mail so I spend 9+ hours day driving. The first set I had worked for a very long time. Years. Eventually the right ear bud quit working and since I had them so long and loved them so much I bought the exact same ones to replace it. Within 2 months the right ear bud quit working on the brand new set. It can’t be a coincidence that the right ear bud gave out on both sets. Mail trucks are loud so I need both ear pieces in to hear my audio books. Even though the right ear bud doesn’t work I still use it to block out the noise of the truck. I really would have given 5 stars if the right ear bud on the new set lasted a while because i was so happy with the first set and it did last a couple years before it gave out on me. But 2 months? Nope. I won’t be purchasing another set. I like that these stay on my neck so I don’t lose one or have to have pockets to store them like wireless earbuds. The charge lasts about 10-12 hours with all day use listening audio books. I’m sure the charge would last much longer for less frequent use. I was going to leave a 1 star but ill leave a 3 star, because the first set lasted so long and I really did love these.

    Best Headset Ever!
    This headset honestly is fantastic. It could be compared to the “lg tone flex” headset.1. I can hear the person on the phone clear as well as they can hear me clear. No extra background noise.2. Awesome to even play music through , even with the volume all the way up.3. Retractable headphones , when someone calls you it vibrates also allowing you to answer and hangup the call.All around its a great headset to use especially if your working and you need both of your hands. This sits around my neck all day with ease. I have to touch my neck sometimes because I can forget it’s there! Lol
