    **UPDATE** A rep from Lisen reached out to me to offer me another product. Which I’m happy about because I really like the look of Lisen products so I thought I would give them another chance. I just received a new holder that also charges. I’m excited about that. It seems very very sturdy and hard to move, so I can already tell this one is going to last a lot longer. I can’t wait to install it in my car. They had great service and I appreciate that. Customer Service is everything!I do like how this looks, sleek and modern. But it wouldn’t hold my phone up. Phone ended up resting on my dash. And today it broke. I don’t pull to hard or push it on, the magnet is strong and does the job quite well, but didn’t last very long.

    Cons:1. The pivot on the magnetic ring is placed on the wrong side of the ring. It reduces the versatility of the mount a lot.2. The rotation of the base occurs too easily, and causes the mount to rotate the phone during turning, which is undesirable.Pros:1. The adhesive used, and the size of the base are all good2. The magnets hold to my particular phone case quite well3. The pivot points on the arm and again on the magnet ring are sturdy and don’t move around a lot.4. Someone had complained the arm was plastic at some point. The product I received appears to have a metal arm, not a plastic one.

    Edit: Someone reached out and offered to send me a different mount even though I had returned the other and got a refund. Emailed and sent 4 links of 4 different items to choose from. The mount I chose was an updated version. Works great! It has a moveable base to stick to a curved dash. Seems to adhere well. Magnet is super strong, no issues at all. In my opinion, they went above and beyond with customer service from my review and made things right. Super impressed!!! Thank you!!!Previous review: Magnet didn’t hold my phone at all. Didn’t adhere to the dash either. But didn’t matter because the magnet was too weak even if it did mount correctly.
