    This is my go-to eyeliner. It gives you a nice crisp line and is super easy to apply, even over powder. If you don’t rub your eyes, it’ll stay looking great until the next day and doesn’t smear, drift down into a powder, or do that weird rubbery thing some eyeliners do.My only complaint is that as it wears out, the brush tends to frey and I know it’s time for a new one.That said, during the dark times of COVID scarcities – not being able to get my hands on this eyeliner was up there with toilet paper. 😂

    Beginner Friendly
    This was my first try at liquid eyeliner (and I really haven’t worn much eyeliner in my life, period). This eyeliner is so easy to use! The brush tip is super fine and easy to get close to the lash line. The formula is smooth. No skipping. Dries quickly. Easily removed with eye makeup remover (no rubbing). Couldn’t be happier with this product.

    Caps pop off
    This product works great and applies easily. The only downside is the cap tends to pop off easily causing it to dry out. My fist one popped off in my drawer causing the product to dry out. My second one popped off during a plane ride and it exploded all over my makeup bag. By the time we arrived home 10 hours later it was also dried out.

    Good formula, lasts a long time, no smudging
    I’ve bought both the black and the brown and they are perfect. The product is relatively cheap and it’s so worth it.Sometimes, I don’t even use primer or foundation (only eyeliner and mascara) and it never smudges.It hasn’t dried out either; my black eyeliner has been working well for a year. I love the fine tip as well, it’s use easy to make a sharp line.10/10 cheap and lasts long

    My FAVORITE eyeliner. I refuse to buy anything else 😩
    I’m not a makeup guru by any means but I LOVE this eyeliner. I like the liquid way better than pencil because it glides on so smoothly and the pigment is awesome. I originally started using this in the black color (sold at CVS, Target, pretty much anywhere – but it’s cheapest on Amazon!) and wanted to try the Pitch Brown for a softer eyeliner look. Any time I’ve purchased this color in stores, it’s always had no pigment and felt really watered down (no idea why and I hate it). I literally refuse to buy this from anywhere other than Amazon because of that.Anyways back to the actual eyeliner, it’s water resistant, stays on all day without setting spray so long as you aren’t aggressively rubbing your eyes. It’s pretty durable too. One pen can last me well over a month with daily use. The only thing to be wary of – do not leave the cap off for extended periods of time as it will dry out easily and be careful when putting the cap on. If I put it on at an angle when I’m rushing, the bristles will ruin the fine point and poke out (this tends to happen over time too, around the 3 week mark). I fix it by just using some nail clippers to clip off the bristles that are sticking out because they poke my eye when I’m applying.That aside, this is my go to eyeliner and I refuse to buy or try anything else lol

    Could be better
    I’ve been testing out various pen liners so I can change up brands. I’ve used NYX frequently and wanted to switch it up since my pen finally died. I will admit I’m a makeup snob especially when it comes to eye makeup. I however hate paying the eye cost that’s associated with some of the brand names when some off brand products or “drug store” type products work just as well. This is my first time buying Maybelline’s eyeliner and I doubt I’ll buy it again. What I do like is the fine tip point and the black color. It went on easily and the tip is great. My complaint has to do with if you line your top lid. I’ve attempted lining with both primer and without and the results were the same regardless. The top lid continues to smear or fade away faster then the bottom and wings. The bottom I didn’t notice that so much but I also go over my eyeliner a lot of times with shadow under my eye. This product smears easier than other products. I use a setting spray and even then I rubbed near my eye and had black streaking. Normally my setting spray prevents that or other brands stay on longer. I mean it’s ok in a pinch and if you line your eyes with shadow over the liner on the lids but for me, this is a pass for going out or needing something long-lasting.I’ve tried out a cheaper brand non-brand name that worked better which surprised me after seeing the great reviews on this product. I’ll go back to NYX, Too faced and other brands mainly because I line my top lid and need something that works there as well. If sticking with this brand make sure you have a setting spray and eye primer or maybe just use for under your eyes.

    Lid Doesn’t Stay On
    I’ll give it 5 stars because the product itself works wonderfully. Dark black that lasts all day. But..The first one I used once, then went to do my makeup the next day to find black liquid eyeliner had destroyed my makeup bag because the lid had popped off. The pen was completely dry and useless. Bought a second one and I think I got to use it 4 times before it happened again and I knew this time I was being super diligent with putting the lid on as tight as it would go.Needless to say I won’t be buying a third one. But it really does work great if you have a better way to store it. I take my makeup bag everywhere so things move around too much for this particular pen. I’ve never lost the lid on any of my other makeup though.

    I have been pleasantly surprised about how much I like this product. It is very easy to use and creates a very easy winged liner look that lasts. It has remained moist and fine throughout over 6 months of use which is an excellent value for money.

    La verdad es que es muy bueno, me gusto como pinta, la pigmentación es buena y dura mucho. Lo unico que es la segunda vez que lo compro y casi nuevo termina por abrirse y secaarse. Trae un diseño como cuadrado por lo que se se cierra y parece que queda sellado pero no, en realidad queda solo sobrepuesto y se abre.

    Although I find the tip dries out a bit as does all felt tip liners, it is one of the best no smudge liners I’ve used! Lasts all day on a hot sweaty summer day . 9/10
