Excellent speaker for outdoors
These are solid units with great sound if wired to your music. I also bought two of these so that I could pair them together. Wired sound is great. Bluetooth sound is good with an initial lag which drops out the beginning of a phrase. I used them for an outside contest where automated sound recordings were broadcast announcing the last name, first name, and starting position. On wire, it was perfect but on Bluetooth the last name was 1/2 to 3/4 missing which made it more difficult to use effectively. I am moving to a wired solution using a splitting so that each speaker gets its own feed which defeats the Bluetooth feature. I deducted one star on the overall for the Bluetooth lag.
