Great air fryer.
We have been using a popular branded pressure pot with an air-fryer accessory for air frying but have found it to be fairly small for anything but casual use. My wife has been saying she would like a bigger one so when this one showed available, I jumped on it.This works pretty well. It can be used either side individually or both together though so far, we typically only use one side at a time but have used the dual setting a couple of times. The food cooks exactly as expected and it’s easy to clean. It *is* large. The individual compartments are 7×11 which makes the dual a pretty decent 14×11 with the divider removed.The controls do take a little while to work out. There are several presets which will generally get you in the region of where you want to be with the settings. Unfortunately, there are no “saved settings” available so you’ll likely have to tweak them any time you use it unless one of the presets is exactly right. The panel is touch sensitive and is slightly finicky about recognizing the touch but not overly so. Just could be better. The panel is all illuminated white on black which looks nice and high-tech but a little color to help guide the eye would not go amiss. Most notably, the play/pause button could be a different color but maybe the temperature and time also. I may add a small sticker for the play/pause button. The power cord is one that sticks right out of the wall which is unfortunate as this already is a chunky boy and takes up a lot of counter space. A right angled plug would have been much appreciated. I have been unable to find liners that fit the 1/2 size of this exactly, the closest being 11×6. Hopefully some will turn up sometime.Now for something I thought I was going to have to remove stars for. I was trying to do some dehydrating for which this spins the fans (one for each side) very slow. I noticed the left fan was not turning. Upon turning it with my fingers, I noticed there was a sticky spot. If the fan was on this sticky spot when started, the fan would not turn. Obviously, the fan not turning prevents the air fryer from working properly and food potentially being undercooked. The good news is that after being used for some time, this seems to have resolved itself. However, I would say that if you order this item, make sure your fans turn freely.As a general overview, we have been using this a fair bit since we got it. It’s taken over several duties from our aging stove. It’s just very convenient and, importantly, fast. Well recommended.

Large capacity, good for reheating crispy foods
I got this air fryer specifically for reheating crispy foods. So far, I have had very good results with this. Fried chicken, French fries, and wonton have all come out hot and crispy. For reheating crispy foods, this air fryer beats the microwave, toaster oven, and regular oven hands down. For this alone, this product is worth the price to me. This air fryer is versatile in that it has other modes including roast, broil, bake, dehydrate, and keep warm. I haven’t tried these other modes as I use other appliances for those tasks. However, it’s good to know that those features are available should I ever need them. This product has a large 11 quart capacity. It is large enough to cook a meal for a family of four. Cleaning and maintenance are fairly easy. The internals of the basket are non-stick and are dishwasher safe. The basket itself needs to be washed by hand. The instructions mention that the fryer may emit an odor during first use. I did not notice any strange odor. The touch controls are like any other touch controls I’ve used on other product. At times, it can be a bit tricky to register your touches, but it generally works fine. Being an old-school type, I prefer real buttons, but touch controls now seem to be the norm. The bottom line is that I am very satisfied with the performance of this air fryer. Also, this product could be a space-saver for some since it can perform the functions of several different appliances.
