    Loud enough but more for the kids
     This unit has a lot nice features that work well. I tried all the various inputs: USB, Micro SD, Bluetooth, and Aux, and they all worked flawlessly. The unit will remember where the song was on the USB and Micro SD and continue the song from there. I needed to adjust the EQ a bit to get the best sound. The antennae broke the first time I pulled it up. The first part just pulled out. This made the rest of the antennae impossible to pull out without a pair of pliers. Some songs sound better than others. It doesn’t play .m4a tracks. Electronic songs sounded the best. One feature I don’t like is that it makes a startlingly-loud beep when the end of the volume is reached. There may be a way to turn that off, but I didn’t see one. The microphone can get surprisingly loud. It has a little delay, and the echo feature is not awesome. It works, but sounds sorta weird. The bass speakers are in the front with the teble speakers on the sides, which isn’t ideal. I’d prefer they all be in the front. The unit goes pretty loud, but it’s not a high quality loud. It sounds better at about mid to just above mid range. That’s why I think this would best suit kids or teens who aren’t that concerned with high quality sound. I think kids would have a lot of fun with this singing along to their favorite tunes. They can record themselves talking and singing, but you can’t record the music at the same time, so I thought that was disppointing. I think that kids would want to record themselves singing along with the music or a karaoke track from YouTube, but this isn’t possible. The top of the unit has a nice docking area for your phone, but if you install the vertical attachment provided, then the handle is hard to grab, a design flaw. The unit is light enough to carry around easily, and I love that it has built in rechargable batteries. I played it for two hours straight outta the box. It sounds better the farther you are away from it. It allows the sounds to better blend together. At a cheaper price point, this would be a good buy, but as an adult, I’d pay a bit more for a popular name brand that would have higher quality sound, but for kids and teens, I think this would be a great gift.

    Some great features with this speaker
     My husband and I review lots of speakers- I love music and he loves electronics (speakers in particular, and know a lot about them). This was one of my favorites and it was because of several features this speaker has over and above others.First, in reviewing speakers when I would turn them, most of the sound decreased in volume- which was, of course, because the speaker was on the other side. However with speakers on the front, the sides and a port hole (which gives the base sound and let’s the speaker breathe) on the back, you get sound all around. Plus, when you see a speaker with a port hole- you know there is some power because it basically helps the speaker release power (the power of the sound, mostly, if not all, base).Second, the speaker was made well. It didn’t feel cheap, nor did the microphone. Both were sturdily made. The remote didn’t seem as nice as the microphone or speaker but it is a remote and since we could control the speaker from our phones, it’s a moot point for us and may be for others. Still we tried it and it works well.Third, the handle was nice and completely attached to the speaker. Many speakers have detachable handles and they can be made of leather or other materials- this handle flowed well with the speaker as it was part of the design. Plus, the leather and other handles made of tougher types of fabric like that often easily fell off.Lastly, it always seemed that my husband and I had to do a lot to get the microphone to hook up to the speaker. However, if you take a look at my video, all we did was turn the microphone on and it was hooked up. Then, you can even sing or talk into the microphone and turn your speaker volume up- and the music plays. That means you can also sing while the music is on- just by turning on the microphone (while the music is playing or not). Since my husband and I are not singers (and even if we were too shy to sing for all to see)- we made the noises that you often hear on scary movies- something we often do when fooling around with microphones to try them out!I highly recommend this speaker- just an all around solid electronic that we really enjoyed- especially the colors on the front two speakers!

    Great as a portable speaker.
    I thought this worked really well. The sound quality was acceptable but not perfect. You get every possible input source including FM, thumb drive, aux cable or Bluetooth. There are separate controls for the music source and microphone so if you were using this as a party speaker you could just turn down the music and have just the microphone output to make announcements. If you leave both on then you get karaoke. The microphone is wireless and has both volume controls as wells a mute and echo adjustment on it so it has everything you need on it. There is a wireless remote as well. The speaker and microphone It can be charged from USB C which allows you to use without a nearby power source and use a power bank if you need it run longer. It’s great as an outdoor party speaker. I’ve also been enjoying it indoors as a simple FM radio.

    A bit hard to use. Sound average with distortion at the 26 of 30 point. Forgets settings on power…
    When the very small switch is put to the off position all presets are lost and if you leave the switch on drains the batteries which is typical for remote radios. The weaker FM stations have alot of static that most of my other radios dont. Now the main part of my review the mic it has to be on the low end of the mics volume level and it still causes the FM radio to cut to a sound level that all you mostly hear is the person singing of talking! One really coo thing the mice does which I havent seen in a number of decades is a reverb echo effect thats a 5 star on that one perfect delayed echo which can be turned up or down. The mike can increase the radios volume as well. I would not recomend this to a very young child though. Its theres just too much to understand what to push set. If you are looking to sing to the music with both music and your voice I would not recomend this product do to too much voice over no matter how thje mic is turned up of down
