Nice panel and set of sockets if you don’t want to build it from scratch; panel is a little flimsy
I ordered this panel for use in a trailer’s power system, which I’m still in the process of building. However, I tested it out at this point using my vehicle. The panel is more flexible than I had expected and is slightly warped, though it will flatten out with use. Everything was easy to assemble in a few minutes. You can wire the sockets however you like, but if you use the suggested wiring it includes the pre-assembled wires and connectors. If you want to do it differently, it does come with additional female spade connectors. I plan to use it as-is because I like the sockets to be controlled with a switch to avoid battery drain from the voltmeter and lighted socks.Overall, this is a nice panel and set of sockets if you don’t want to put it together from scratch.

Great. Much better if engineers had thought out one or two more things.
Great bit of hardware with great features. Very much like it.So why 4 stars? A few failings that made me have a hard time giving it all 5.First, and the biggest…2 of the modules are so short that they don’t make it all the way through most places it would be mounted. Mine is mounted on 3/4 ply and they aren’t even visible out the other side of it. The cart charger and USB ports are fine, but the voltage meter and the switch are not. I have no way to get the locking ring on. Why not just make them long enough to fit the same mounting thicknesses that the other two will fit? Because of this mine are now hot glued in…no idea how long that will hold.Second…they included a wiring assembly (very convenient!) except the final wires that need to go connect to the actual 12v system are all of like 4 inches long. So you either have to throw the whole premade wiring assembly out and do it yourself (which to their credit they include connectors for you to do) or you have to go splicing wires together to make the distance. Even if they just gave a few more inches I could have made it work…Lastly instructions (or lack thereof). Pretty much the product page is the instruction manual. That’s it. And considering it has some sketchy instructions and some conflicting info on it…it’s not that great of an instruction manual. But there it is: all the gripes. THAT SAID, the thing operates great and looks great. It’s easy to mount (no need to cut a shaped hole or anything…just screw it in then use 1-1/8″ hole saws in the 4 holes. Obviously it’s meant to mount that way since there’s very little overlap flashing and such so it would not look or lay as nice if you did a full cutout for it (but then again…that’s also why the 2 short modules cause a problem). Voltage seems accurate. Switch is very positive and satisfying. USB ports all charge superfast, and the car charger works great…the little blue lights on both of those make it easy to plug things in even in the dark, and the cover drowns them out completely so they aren’t bright when not in use. Would recommend…just make sure to be aware of its shortcomings and make sure they work for you.

I am very impressed with this complete package.
I am building a battery-powered generator for camping trips and this outlet system is just what I need to finish it off. The kit comes with everything you need to mount the faceplate with the included screws. All the wire connectors are provided along with enough female spade connectors to wire the kit into your system. The ends of the wires have even been coated with solder. I am very impressed with the complete package of this kit. Five enthusiastic stars.

This one is nice because you don’t have to have rear access – just screw panel assembly from front
And it has a switch so you don’t have to wear out the plug taking it in and out every time.

Good dust/water resistance, cool blue lights, full disconnect switch to save your battery
This is pretty great, I really liked the overall material quality and the rubbery button base/outlet cover flaps to keep the elements out. The blue lights look cool in sun or darkness, and are just the right amount of bright to see easily in either. The voltmeter was pretty accurate, off by about 0.1 to 0.2 volts at times, but well within reasonable, and updates quickly. It’s very helpful to be able to keep an eye on the battery voltage, so that you don’t completely drain it charging your phone or whatever, and the full cutoff switch this comes with is a big help there, fully removing the power when not in use. There is a little power button on the USB port socket, and I actually hate those, because they don’t really turn it off (it still uses some power waiting to sense you turning it back on) and since this has a proper full disconnect switch anyway that little bit on the USB port socket alone feels redundant and only serves to annoy you when you hit it accidentally plugging in a cable. The wires included are 16 gauge positive, 18 gauge negative, which is a little light for this if you had every single port in use maxed out, but they do at least give you some crimping terminal connectors to make your own wiring, which I probably will with some better 14 or 12 gauge wire. There is also no fuse included in this set, you will need to wire into an existing fuse system or splice on a new one.The panel mounting bracket is what really won me over on this, it looks awesome and makes installing a breeze- I just circled out the inner sections with a permanent marker and had the areas I needed to drill outlined perfectly, like a big stencil, it worked great.I do wish this used 14 gauge wire at least, and included a fuse, but it does still give you a lot and it is pretty cool, so I’m happy.

Good addition to my console.
Added this to my console and it really gave me the things i was missing. Easy to put together and install(it comes disassembled). The wiring was well done and easy to connect to. I could definitely recommend this.
