    Hat is fine and as expected. Amazon shipping though is pathetic. First one they sent me had been completely flattened totally ruining the shape of the hat! So I contact customer support to figure out a return and purchase another one. I contact customer support again after repurchasing to ensure my second one won’t be sent flattened. ‘No it will be packaged appropriately’ I was told. And what do you know, Amazon sent the second one flattened again.
