This easy to install USB CD Player by Automotive Integrated Electronics (AIE) is a quality solution enabling you to enjoy your Music CDs through your vehicle’s factory radio system. Installation: Unit has a single cable installation. CD player can be mounted both vertical or horizontal – under the car seat or under the dash or in any other accessible location, but not upside down or past the zero-degree vertical angle. Just plug in the connecting cable into your vehicles USB port on your factory radio and make sure to let the unit finish indexing for 10-20 seconds per CD to complete install and avoid set-up issues. You will retain full radio control ability. Compatible Formats are .WMA or .WAV, but not MP3: Some audio books are in MP3 format and will not play on this CD Player. Perfect
How hard is it to plug in a USB cable? I always give it 20+ seconds before I change tracks after first starting it up, per instructions. No problems, and I love being able to play my CDs in my car. I tried a mobile cd player that does not connect to car stereo, the sound quality is huge, obviously. The CD player does not skip, I hit a few potholes (not on purpose), all good. It’s a little pricey, but it’s the only option for newer vehicles with no cd player, and it works great!

I bought a new Ford & to my surprise, there wasn’t a cd player. i bought this unit and it lasted for only 2 months before it stopped working. The unit played fine for the first month, then the cd’s started to skip. Now, the unit won’t play at all.So sad for over $200.00 plus. Poor quality!! I would not walk, but run from this product. It appears that no one makes a quality product that will last. no help from venter whatsoever.

Bronco Sport CD player…buyer beware!!!
Needed a CD player for 2024 Bronco Sport. Super easy to install. Takes 20 – 30 seconds to index cd to internal info system. Works on most cd formats but not all. Fits in Bronc cubbyhole in dash.It does not tell you what is name of album or song or artist, but I can live with that. For the money….it should. Decent sound quality. We’ll see over time how this lasts. There is not much else out there for this function.New info. had this unit since Dec. of 2023 and this unit has gone downhill big time. Many times it will not eject a disk properly, and many times it will not sync with the cars radio and gets message that it is not compatible. Reseating the usb connector sometimes helps, sometimes not. Do not wast your money on the china piece of junk.

NEED BETTER STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Excellent product. Works extremely well as a replacement to factory installed cd player. The only thing I didn’t like were the printed instructions. They were terrible. Please redo the instructions to include more step by step instructions. I had to go to the local best buy and ask one of their tech people to help me get started.Companies have to remember that not all customers are young people and that us older people need more specific instructions. Thank goodness for the young man at Best Buy!!!

Cd player that most of the times works in a Tesla Y
The USB cd player works in a Tesla Y. However it can not play all my cds (I don’t know why). It’s a pitty that modern cars don’t provide cd players anymore.

I have been wanting something to play my CDs on in my Tesla. It seemed as if no one made such an animal and I guess the “industry” thinks we who want to play CDs are dinosaurs. But I found this on a Tesla blog, when others said there wasn’t anything out there. But here it is, this plays CDs in my TESLA. RAH!

Doesn’t work correctly
This thing would not play most of the tracks on any CD we put into it. It would have an error message as it would skip from track 3 to track 9. We tried multiple CDs and all were the same. This was very disappointing as we bought it for a road trip and brought all of our CDs with us knowing that where we were going there would be no cell service, radio or satellite signal (coastal Oregon rain forest). Anyway, we sent this thing back upon our return.

For as much as I paid for this CD player I am very disappointed in how it works. It skips or won’t play the tracks . I like to listen to Books on CD and this player will not play a CD all the way through without skipping or it loses the connection. I waited too long to send it back. and I would have! Not worth the money! I also purchased a CD cleaner and it still doesn.t work right. I did not receive any instruction or a product box with this! Bev (Minnesota)
