Not perfect but better than not at all
Works beautifully. Sometimes the radios Bluetooth will interfere.My trick is that before I start the car is to open my Bluetooth before turning the key and manually selectingSometimes it will say not connected but display the maps and show Spotify, just be patient and give it a few min and deselect in your Bluetooth screenâ¦..usually worksThere are sometimes only the maps work an I canât get my music to play. This happens when the XM radio was on before or if your not quick enough at start up to accept the Bluetooth pair.You donât have to accept the pair all the time sometimes it does it automatically even a day later.

Fast boot up time, easy installation, and just works
Like all of these adapters, a slight delay compared to wired CarPlay. It works perfectly. Only thing that is noticeable is I cannot pinch and zoom the apple navigation map. Other then that, it works perfectly.Update 9/19/23The adapter disconnected to my Silverado last night on my way home for work. I tried turning off the truck and restarting, disconnecting it from the USB and reconnecting it, disconnecting the device from the Bluetooth, forgetting device and reconnecting. Tried our Subaru at home and the boot screen came up but nothing else. The next day the same. I lost my lighting port on my IPhone 12 and this was a solution. I put on my YouTube this morning in my driveway nada but my phone was connected to my weak wifi from the house so I turned off the wifi and I immediately received a message to complete the adapter set up and turn on my wifi. Once I did, the device now works again. I called their tech support and they stated this was the first time they had heard of this issue. The tech was very nice and told me if it happens again, they would swap it out. He did say this and the android auto were a fairly new product and they havenât had much feedback. Hoping this was a glitch

Does after a week
It worked great for a week but after that it started having problems connecting with the apple car play and now it just crashes my entire system. Definitely not worth the money!!

Fast to connect but seems to run an older version of CarPlay
Most noticeable was the lack of enhanced maps information such as speed limit and the amount of data shown on the screen (adjacent street names, points of interest)Connection time was often 20-30s after the vehicle was turned on. Sound quality was clear for both phone calls and audio. Since I use CarPlay often for navigation, I’ll be returning this.

Instant Wireless Apple CarPlay. No more wires.
I like how easy the product was to setup. I plugged it into both my vehicles USB ports (USB Type A and C ports are supported) and was able to connect to Apple CarPlay instantly just as if my cable was plugged in to my phone. I have Qi wireless charging so now I just set the phone on the wireless charger and Iâm charging and enjoying CarPlay. This product is really cool. I also like that it auto connects every time I get into my car. You will need to pair your phone to the adapter the first time only. Very simple to do literally just select âpairâ in your Bluetooth/Wifi device settings once plugged in. I also like that the unit charges from your vehicles usb port so never need to worry about charging it. Wireless CarPlay is the way to go.

Not Worth it if your a Challenger owner
I have been looking through this type of gadget. I thought I did my due diligence. However this one falls short. I have a 2021 Doge Challenger. I wanted to be able to get in and out of the car without to keep hooking my phone up. This worked the first time but there was about 5-8 second delay on changing songs. Every song. Disconnected it removed from Bluetooth. Reinstalled bam works now a bout a 3-5 second delayed. Not bad. But still not what I am wanting disconnected. Re reinstalled. Now it works pretty good. No delay to complain of. Get out of the car get back in. Now start the whole cycle over again. I tried to deal with it but for the price not happy. Try using it with navigation. Worked good first time second time. It would keep closing the app. So I returned it. So caution if own a Challenger 19-23. I am guessing old software. Need to be able to update firmware.

Itâs super easy and super fast to setup. I say probably faster than plugging in cables deciding how to organize the cable. Love this product and working flawlessly with my 2020 Mercedes E450.
