Amazing Customer Service — They’re not kidding when they say they want you to be happy with their product!!!
***UPDATED*** I originally gave this product a 2-star review due to the reasons listed below. The only reason I am not deleting my prior review in favor of this 5-star one is so that if someone else has the same thing happen with their headphones, they’ll know they’re not alone!Here is my original review:These took three months to become unusable. I bought these for my son to use with his kindle, and he loved them at first, especially the cushioned part. After the first month and a half, only the left side worked. Bought a new cord/jack and it worked okay for another month and a half. Tonight he told me that he couldn’t hear his internet video he was watching. After testing three different cords, comparing against ear buds and my other son’s headphones, and trying them out on two kindles and a cell phone, we figured out that they only work on apps that are “on” the kindle, like Candy Crush or Minecraft, but they are totally useless on anything streaming from the internet, like websites or Netflix — the voices are extremely faint and the music is not only weirdly jarbled, but there are these bizarre sounds that I can’t describe that intermittently come on over the other sounds. Sadly, I bought three of these headphones. One pair still works fine, and we’ve already had to swap out a new cord on the other because it, too, was only down to the left side working. Unfortunately, I’m outside my return window.**UPDATE**After posting the not-so-great review above, I received an e-mail from the company less than 24 hours later, informing me that they wanted to make things right and were shipping me a replacement. They mentioned that the only way to make their headphones better is by taking their customer feedback to heart, and asked for an opportunity to redeem themselves. Two days later, a box arrived. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box to discover not one, but FIVE NEW PAIRS OF HEADPHONES to replace the one that had fizzled out. Not only does my son now have a working pair of headphones to replace the headphones that broke, but we’ve got backup in the event that any of the rest of them have the same problem (which, statistically speaking, hopefully they won’t). This is the 2nd pair we’ve purchased, they worked perfectly for 2 years and only now I’m repurchasing, and just because my kid stored them without unplugging the audio cable so naturally the jack is now loose and the audio cuts off (I’m sure if I got an audio cable they would work but he uses these for school and I had no time to see if it was the case, for the price I just decided to get a second pair).

August 2019I have 4 sets of these. None of them have a cord that doesnât have a short in it. I bought a Monster Cable brand replacement cord because Bestgotâs keep failing.Update February 2019:The connector has a short in it. When I touch it, the sound goes in and out. Iâve read other reviews mentioning the same problem. Some say they wonât replace the cable under warranty but others have no problem getting a replacement. I emailed the company and Iâm waiting for a response.Update #3Outstanding customer service from this company. They sent a box containing 4 pairs of headphones.Update #2Company responded quickly, but this was their statement -âThe audio cable is damage under the influence of external forces.This kind of man-made damage generally does not accept free warranty or replacement services.But in order to give you a better experience, we are willing to provide you with a free replacement. âOur cord lasted 4 months. If the new one lasts another 4 months, then they are 8 month headphones. FYI: Koss provides a lifetime warranty for their headphones and the connector.Original review:My son loves having his own headphones, and I love that I donât have to hear his cartoons or kindle apps. 1st I need to start with the quality of the headphones by the way they are nicely made also the sound is perfect a grandson uses for reading in the classroom and we all know how noisy classrooms can be he loved them and a he used them daily. However We had them for about 8 months a little over 8 months and like I said we love them they were great but they lost sound and my grandson near them for school so I was a bit disappointed but I contacted the seller and they were gracious enough to send us a new pair even though warranty had expired because of that alone and of course the great quality of the headphones we will definitely be buying from this company again and we will buy any of their products they stand behind their products they care about the customer and they made me feel important that my knees were heard. That is what I call customer service that is I call the company that is reliable. You will not be disappointed these headphones will not disappoint you there a great pair of headphones and the company stands by their product These are a must buy.UPDATE: We received our headphones and we are so happy but……The excitement was not just for our headphones but that this company sent us 3 EXTRA HEADPHONES!!
