    Actually works
    I’ve just reordered after trying this for a few weeks, and I have to admit that it really did whiten my teeth. I was very doubtful, but the difference is amazin. After trying every tooth whitening toothpaste, I read on FB that using this coconut oil product would whiten teeth, so I felt I would give it a try. I haven’t quite finished my first bottle, and my teeth are much whiter.It’s so nice to find a product that actually does what it promises.The taste is mild and not at all offensive…just slightly “pepperminty”. If you are looking for a product to whiten your teeth, give it a try, I think you’ll be very happy with the results.

    This one does not have much of a minty taste to it. This one isn’t a oily, and doesn’t work as fast as The GuruNanda.

    Pulling Oil
    This is wonderful! I use it when I can. You are supposed to swish it in your mouth for about 10 minutes. It does take a little bit to get used to the flavor, but no problems other than that. Also be careful not to swallow this or spit it down your sink, as it can eventually cause clogs. I spit it in an empty bottle or into the toilet.

    I thought “Yuk” in my mouth before trying, now I am hooked! LOVE IT
    You see all the hype for coconut oil pulling all over your for you page right? And you ask yourself, can it possibly work? wouldn’t that feel disgusting to swish with oil in your mouth for a few minutes? Won’t it leave a disgusting oily feeling over your teeth and inner cheeks and tongue? Well, I thought all of that and more, but decided to try this and see for myself.1. First thing I noticed was that compared to my beloved tongue scraper that I use faithfully, the one that came with the product is FAR SUPERIOR. To the point where I, without hesitation, tossed that faithful tongue scraper I have been using for the past year or so right into the trash. I absolutely LOVE this tongue scraper.2. When the product arrived, I was full blown in the middle of swollen red gums that I get frequently and without reason. I was very hesitant to go ahead with a new product, fearing it might make things worse but in fact, after using it before bed that first night, I woke up to slightly improved gums! I was thrilled, and now, after using it for a week or so can report that the inflammation and bleeding gums are gone, and I mean gone (really, Im not joking, GONE).3. The thought that the oil was going to feel disgusting, well it wasn’t disgusting but to be honest, it is too hard for me to maintain swishing /pushing it between my teeth for the full 2 minutes. I can’t do it for that long, so I have not been following the instructions to the T, I swish for about a minute. Then the instruction to use it for 10 minutes at a time! I can’t and to be honest, I don’t think I ever will have the patience to do that for 10 minutes. But still, I and am very pleased with the results, so if you can go the full 2 minutes of swish/push and then maintain it in your mouth for 10, i bet the results will be even better. It is painless and does not feel gross while swishing at all.4. upon spitting it out and rinsing well, I have been stunned by how great my teeth feel! Literally, like the moment you leave from your dental cleaning without the pain from having the dental cleaning.5. As for whitening, I have only been using for a week now. I feel like I see a brightening going on but to be honest, Im not sure if its psychological or real because my teeth feel so good. I’ll have to get back later to make an update on the whitening as well as if I see any other improvements going on in my mouth!I am hooked on oil pulling now and love this product very much!

    It’s an acquired texture
    The texture, of pulling oil, is definitely an acquired one. It took me a few uses to not want to gag. My teen son has been doing this as well and he felt the same way. I’m not really sure if it has whitened our teeth. If it has, it’s not super noticeable and must be very gradual. The mouthwash portion is ok. It does leave a nice minty after taste/scent. It kind of leaves your mouth feeling like you ate a spoonful of hardened coconut oil. Not awful but not my favorite either. The tongue scraper is a winner for sure. I have been using a tongue scraper for years. This one is nice. It recommends that you keep it in your mouth for up to 10 minutes. That’s a crazy long time. Just trying to keep it in your mouth for 2 minutes is hard. Of course, you get used to it. But I’m not a huge fan of swishing this for that long.

    Wow!
    Oh boy does this stuff work! It was kind of gross the first time, feeling the gunk move around in the liquid. My mouth was left feeling clean and plague free (partially due to brushing after using the pulling oil, like instructions say to). It can be a bit tough to not accidentally swallow the oil since my brain was constantly fighting the urge to swallow, but it gets easier to with continuous use. I definitely recommend!
