    Great to use when whitening to remove tartar
    Tools work great I was able to get my teeth white between them where they meet by removing the tarter that prevented the whitening stuff from working.Used it on my dog’s K9s where he had build up at the upper end near gym line!!! The rest of his teeth look good but the bones he ate and tug of war wouldn’t clean that high.Hygienist informed me that you REALLY need to apply force to remove enamel and that she couldn’t do it while cleaning. That you real want to remove it to use enough strength to achieve that. She also said when asked to clean below the guns they feel for the tartar. When her tool stops smoothly sliding she knows it’s build up. I didn’t mention doing it myself because I know they would say don’t. This was me inquiring to how she does it and asking if her scraping my teeth hard would remove the enamel. I’m sure she thought I was worried and trying to comfort me but said “I’m not strong enough to remove it. Enamel is almost like bone.”I asked what’s the difference between enamel and tartar and she said enamel is white and tartar has a more yellow color to it.For how cheap it is I’m satisfied. I don’t expect quality stainless so don’t let your pics stay in a moist environment for long. Also handle the gently I’m guessing the tinsel strength is amazing. That said works good for me!!! Remember to boil the tools and rinse your mouth out with salt water. Mouth germs are no joke!!!!** Disclosure:I’m not telling anyone to use this on there teeth. I am not a hygienist OR dentist. This is what I was told about my teeth. What ever you choose to do or not do is up to you. You assume any and all risks.**

    Nice Case to Hold Dental Tools- great variety!
    Pro: I had wanted a set of these for years and finally decided to purchase this one and a set of assorted dental tools with a nice case to contain them. I was worried that I’d lost a filling or part of my tooth until I used this and a lighted mirror tool and could see what was going on. Turned out it had been a popcorn kernel that had wedged tightly under my gum-line that neither brushing or flossing could remove. Yay! As soon as I removed it the discomfort stopped and the swelling of the tissue was back to normal by the end of the day. Well worth my investment. The lighted mirror tool was purchased separately but the set does include a straight handled mirror with it that works well in the daylight. It doesn’t replace regular dental cleaning, but it works well for home use in between professional cleanings.Con: None for me!

    Every instrument is sharp and really did the job! I felt like my own dental hygienist 😅 the pouch they come in holds then well but they aren’t the easiest to get in and out. But other than that, all the instruments are good quality 👌

    Had second thoughts but
    I had little buildup on my bottom teeth and it looked so bad, I was worried I would have to spend more than $30 for tartar/build up remover but I found this and gave it a shot. I CANT BELIEVE IT WORKED! It scraped right off! I’m definitely going to keep this because little build up goes inbetween my bottom teeth since there’s a little gap. I recommend to buy this!

    Okay, Want Something Thinner for Tight Areas
    I will say these get the job done. Unfortunately, I’ve never found any cleaning tools that have thing enough ends that fit in between tight teeth. That’s not an issue specific to this company. I’m assuming it’s too expensive to source high quality metals that are strong at that thin of a wire gauge. Other than that, these last long and I’ve not had any issues. Just be careful about jamming these in between tight spaces because you can chip a tooth.
