    Great informatio about nutrition and health
    Amazing information about eating healthy for life and breaking the addiction to junk food which is plaguing a large number of people. Should be said in fewer words to be more impactful. The cover comes apart from the contents but the inside is well glued together and it’s the second item I received with that problem so it’s poor production, period. Doesn’t change the value of the contents. Anyway, it is changing my life for the better.

    This plan works!
    This is a great book to accompany your Octavia five diet. I have used stickies to bookmark wrote in it and it’s a great reference guide. It has great tips and tricks and on top of that my husband lost 16 pounds and I’ve lost 10 and eight weeks really like this book it’s a great guide and very optimistic view.

    Fabulous book!
    I’m losing weight and have to give credit to this book and it’s instruction and philosophy. The book is riveting- I can’t put it down. I have been using a highlighter as I read. Sooo much excellent information! If you want to lose weight and be healthy, inside and out, this is the place to start!

    It’s alright but way too repetitive
    While there’s good info in it, he gives no room for error and being human. Dr A also seems to be pretty fat phobic, I’m skipping over the weight loss emphasis here and focusing on eating a healthy diet regularly but I guess I have to learn for myself how to also be kind to myself when I fudge up, being the human I am.There is definitely important take away from this book. It could be cut in half of all the repetition was removed. The same charts appear over and over and over. And over.. repetition is annoying.Overall I don’t regret this buy. It can help
