    Smudges and smears like crazy
    Wow — one of the smudgiest eyeliners on the market! I tried using it with and without primer, with and without setting powder, with and without concealer… every way conceivable, but it smudges under my eyes within minutes and when I wipe it off it just smudges again and continues to smudge throughout the day. Thank goodness it was cheap…

    excellent eyeliner
    Once again ELF has bested Clinique. This eyeliner is great. No need to sharpen and easy to apply. After years of trying to sharpen eyeliners with lead pencil type sharpeners, this is a terrific alternative. Also great color choices.

    I love the way this eyeliner Goes on and stays put!
    I love with this eyeliner that it can be a very thin line or a heavy line. You can smudge it and make it very soft. It’s very very workable and I love it!

    Great liner
    I just started with e.l.f. products and have not been disappointed with anything. I’m almost seventy and finding products that work with my issues (crepey skin, the usual aging things) is important. I had never tried any of their line til a few months ago and I absolutely am thrilled to have discovered them. I’m culling my older products and plan on using this line almost exclusively. The liner glides smoothly and it lasts. It’s easy to remove, and it’s not irritating and none of their products have any ‘chemical’ or other smells. Very pleased with everything in their line. I used to think this was geared to teens, but it’s appropriate for all ages. Doesn’t settle into creases or look like an uneven liner on my crepey eyelids.

    oh Gosh i hated this, lol its really good for long wear and water resistance is spot on. i couldn’t get this stuff off and when it got into my eyes it started to burn! lol

    Doesn’t last
    I bought this eyeliner because it’s elf but it is not good for older women. It tugs and pulls on the eyes and it smears. Not very pigmented and It doesn’t last long either. Maybe works better on young women. Disappointed.

    Coffee eyeliner
     The is a pretty good eyeliner. It can get a bit dry. In this video it had just broken off a bit so it’s fairly creamy and smooth. It does not smudge very easily. I like the color because it’s a true brown not grayish or black color.

    I really do like this liner, it checks all of my boxes. It’s cheap, works perfectly, smooth, waterproof, smudge proof, waterproof, but easy to remove with waterproof makeup remover.Sadly I’ve realized it’s what has been making my eyes so itchy.
