    Great sticky primer.
    I started with the original primer and was curious about this version seeing it had the additional benefit of having niacinamide. My skin seems like like this version of Elf power grip and my make up has applied so well with it under. I willl be repurchasing this product.

    If your makeup doesn’t stay consider the combo of products, not the primer.
    I wore this under concealer under my eyes during a trip to universal studios. I have pretty horrid natural dark circles under my eyes and wanted to make sure I didn’t look like a zombie that escaped from Horror Nights. I also didn’t want to do a full face because it’s universal. Not a night club. It rained and I got caught in the middle of a downpour a few times, but my makeup stayed. Even during the heat of the day before the torrential rain my makeup stayed in place. I also got soaked a few times on water rides and still, my makeup stayed.I’ve also been wearing it under a full face of makeup during my work day. It keeps everything in place. It’s comfortable to wear and isn’t a pain to remove. I live in hot humid Florida so I feel if it works for me, it can work for anyone. I also wear contacts and have severe allergies to most of the plant life in FL, so my eyes water. But I haven’t experienced my makeup creasing or running like others have.I have discovered that if you’re adding too many layers (i.e. a powder all over your face after adding foundation) it doesn’t hold up as well. I’ve also noticed (as I frequently switch foundation brands) some foundations don’t work well with this primer because their wearability on their own isn’t great. I’ve stuck to wearing either powder or foundation. Not both at the same time.I use this primer in combination of the super stay liquid foundation or powder and the super stay concealer. I also use waterproof mascara and eyeliner.

    My cousin put me on to this foundation. Ladies, this is hands down the best foundation I have ever used. It moisturizes the skin and gives a smooth finish. It makes my makeup look expensive. Love it!

    Looks good until it gets wet. Doesn’t stand and gets embarrassing.
    I was thrilled with the “grip” and how my foundation would look when I put the make up for the first time, a bit less thrilled with the eye shadow and it was almost impossible to put an eye liner, it would clog as the layer of the base was under and would melt. But guess what, I’m wearing contacts, also I went outside and it was windy, so if you have tears or rinse your contacts, or anything, it will melt and crease and there’s no way to hold your make up. I was outside in the wind one day, my eyes started tearing, soon after my face looked like a sad clown, the foundation melted, it was so messy. The rest of my make up is waterproof, as foundation, and stay on, but as I used this as a primer, it didn’t work. So this is not for me. It’s sticky and weird to apply and once you get it you must be aware that the base of your make up is so water absorbing it will melt everything on the top.If I don’t use any primer, I can refresh my face with wet palms or put face mist, but with this product no way.

  12. This product is surprisingly really good quality for the price, works really well to whisk the matcha I bought –

    I bought this product after it going viral many times but I never actually bought it until now, and I am really impressed on the quality. When you apply it, it does kind of feel like glue, but as it dries down it feels pretty hydrating, and my makeup actually stays on all day when it usually melts or dries up which didn’t happen. I also recommend buying it from amazon because there is no stock in stores and it is cheaper on Amazon anyway.

    I was looking to purchase a primer that would really hold the makeup and not cost a bomb. I came across the ELF primer with 4% Niacinamide and it didn’t feel like it was drying my skin using it.
