It is very sharp! Cuts food well, I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and it causes me to have hand issues so cutting/ chopping with a knife can be difficult.This had great reviews and was a price point I could afford. Itâs an excellent starter chopper or for small spaces in storage and use. I hope with time I can upgrade to a larger size chopper, this oneâs catch all container is slightly smaller then I would prefer.If youâre looking to food prep or create meals quickly then this the chopper for you. I quickly chopped everything I needed for a salad for a potluck in minutes.Both the large dicer and small diced work fantastic, and there is a scraper and brush for cleaning/ clearing out lodged food. The mandolin is only one size, Iâll definitely upgrade to the chopper with more inserts when I can. However this is worth the price and very helpful for me.

I really love this product! It is simple to use and it’s easy enough to clean. It make dicing veggies, especially onions, a breeze! It is easy to change out the little filaments that give you different cutting options. It is save to use. It makes my prep time cutting, slicing, and dicing go so much faster. The only downside is the cleaning up, but it also includes a little cleaning brush and a pick so you can get anything the the little crevasses. It is totally worth the price. For what it is and the versatility it is a great price!

A Real Time Saver
The Fullstar compact chopper with multiple blades is a real time saver in food preparation when you understand and heed the safety warnings that accompany it. Efficiently chops onions, peppers, carrots and other hard vegetables instantly with just a press of the lid when the two included medium and fine chopping blades are inserted separately in the mandoline base that sits above the clear collecting container. It can be difficult to remove the blades from the base to change them out as there is only a very small area on the end of the blades to grasp without coming in contact with the super sharp blades.This is a partial review as these are the only two blades I’ve used so far. I have found the chopper to be sturdy and a very good value. I also like that all the parts fit inside the container and the compact size makes it easy to store. It’s a game changer for stir fry prep.

A versatile kitchen staple!
I don’t know how I made it so long without this kitchen staple! It was easy to assemble and makes chopping vegetables easier and quicker than ever! I’ve also loved making chop salads with this. Warning: The blades are sharper than they look! I was pleased to find a little brush included that can be used to clean the different blade attachments when you’re done with them. This is a must-have in your kitchen!

This little chopper works great. Itâs very sharp, watch your fingers. Holds quite a bit of chopped stuff in its container. I love all the attachments. My only complaint is that in spite of the pictures on the advertising, it does not all fit together neatly in the chopping container box with the slicer lid on top. Also, no diagrams on how to get it all in the box should there be a way-nor any diagrams on their website. I wish it had been designed to where it was completely self-contained. But I have it together as best as can be w/a large cord around it holding it closed w/as many blades as would fit inside, as well as the mandolin slicer part, glove, and then the lid loosely sitting on top, but definitely not snapped shut. Had it been more self-contained with a lid that held all the different blades, mandolin parts etc inside the holding container, then it would be something that you could conceivably leave out on the counter for a little more ease of use due to its easy accessibility. As it is, Iâve got it corded together and inside the bubble wrap bag that it came in inside my kitchen cupboard m- so out of sight, out of mind and Iâm not using it as much as I thought I would. So that would be my one complaint- but when I do use, it works well.

Pensé durante un tiempo cual mandolina elegir, viendo otras opciones habia reseñas de que el material no resistia y no eran afiladas las cuchillas. Aunque esta es de las versiones un poco más costosas comparada con otras similares no me arrepiento. Porque es maciza y el material resistente… puede ser un poco dificil de usar porque hay que aplicar un poco de fuerza, como un golpe en seco para partir algo duro, como una papa por ejemplo, pero el material de buena calidad aguanta este tipo de maniobra. En general, cumple mis expectativas… las cuchillas muy afiladas y espero sigan asÃEl espacio para picar es pequeño por lo que si hay que partir la verdura o fruta que se vaya a picar, pero aún asà ahorro tiempo. Se lava facil con el cepillo y peinecito que trae para limpiar
