A Towel Is Just a Towel?
I inherited several dish towels from my mother. All but two ended up in the rag bin. The two that I kept were wonderful. 15 years later, one is still fully intact. I have searched several brick and mortar stores for towels with that same weave to no avail. I never thought to check Amazon because I didn’t expect the weave to be visible in the photos. Surprise! Someone must have noticed the value of that weave and showed it in detail in the photos. I don’t want to make a big fuss over a dish towel, but the coarse feel gives a good grip on wet dishes and the raised pads make for extra absorbancy. They’re also great for drying your hands when cooking. I’m hoping these wear as well as the other ones I have. Easy care, but don’t use bleach.

Soft and Pretty Towels
This cotton material feels really soft when I wipe my hands with them in the kitchen. I plan to mainly use them for that purpose because I use other, linen-type of towels for drying my dishes.
