    The quality is really good
    I bought these headphones because I was looking for something else that didn’t come out of my ear and these were perfect, but apart of that I love noise cancellation in my work we use very noisy tools and these are perfect to keep the noise very far away from me, it’s very worth it

    Noise canceling could be a bit better, but besides that the sound quality is great! They are perfect for online meetings, as well as any workout.

    Overpriced garbage
    The sound quality is not great without an EQ on it which means you have to download the app just to have even decent sound. But the volume level is pathetic. I work in a high noise environment and the sound canceling does a decent job but there is just no volume on these even when maxed out and even with boosting the EQ. Really pathetic and I expected much better from JBL. Also they’re not charging when I put them in the box. I just kept watching the battery go down every time I wear them but not going up when they’ve been in the box. I have it set to power off after fifteen minutes but woke up the second day to use them and they died immediately despite being in the charge box overnight, which is at 90% charge. Really really disappointed with this purchase, especially considering I’ve had a much better experience with JBL products in the past and that’s why I got these. Absolute junk product.
    Edit: I figured out the charging issue…get this: you can’t turn the headphones off without using the app. Insane.
    Also, after more use I honestly have no idea how any of these reviews are above one or two stars. They fall out of my ears CONSTANTLY. I have changed the ear pieces out and it doesn’t matter which size. The buds are weighted poorly so that they have to constantly be pressed back into your ear. I can’t do that while I’m working and that’s not a problem I’ve had in the past, even with cheap $20 pairs. These have been an absolute disappointment and I will never buy a pair of JBL headphones ever again.

    The JBL EARBUDS
    I bought them about 3 to 4 weeks ago , and today my right earpiece failed inside the water when I was fishing and I was lucky to recover it but all soaking wet not playing anymore so I wiped it down and put it in contact with the sun for it to dry . After 45 to 60 min came back to trying my earpiece and this piece started working giving me back the sound I thought I lost . I will recommande this product and brand . For me they CONFIRMED!!!!

    Won’t stay put
    These earbuds sound fine, but they constantly fall out of my ears. I’ve tried the different sized tips, but still have the same problem. All earbuds can pull out when you put on a shirt over your head, for example, but these just fall out for no reason. So I can’t wear them while running, which was one of the main reasons I wanted them. I’m much happier with my Tozo earbuds, which cost about 1/3 of the JBLs.
