Quick setup!
I had this thing assembled and connected in just a few minutes! Super easy to do and everything worked exactly as expected.I put this in a 2017 Corolla. We have an Android phone and used the aux cable to get the sound to work with the car speakers. Apparently we could also go into settings and use FM, which is really cool. According to the instructions, which are great, if you use iOS i think it will work directly with your car’s audio. Only android needs special treatment.The unit comes with several options for mounting including a dashboard and windshield option. I was able to use an old CD player mount and attached the carplay mount to it! It’s perfect!This thing works exactly like the factory unit i have in my 2024 truck. Truly remarkable. I thought these were a gimmick when they first came out, but I’m totally sold. Now we have a huge screen and great visibility. Screen sensitivity is fantastic. The screen is also easy to adjust for different angles of viewing.I think it connects quickly to the phone, it’s less than 20 seconds or so from the time we turn on the car. Also, we’ve had zero problems with connectivity. It hasn’t dropped at all.At this price I’m sincerely impressed. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and easy to see!
I decided to try this since the system in my car is no longer working, the maps are outdated and now it just stops working at random times. This new system was reasonably priced and seemed to do what I wanted. I got the backup camera just in case I need it in the future. This system was SO easy to set up!! And the suction cup had some stickiness to it so it is VERY solid! It connected via Bluetooth/wifi to my phone. I can listen to my audio books while driving, music, and Waze works flawlessly! The screen is huge compared to my original. I didnât hook up the backup camera yet, but it seems so simple to do I could easily do it myself! My 35 year old son (who originally told me I was wasting my money) now wants one for his car!! His car is older and doesnât have a screen. Even my skeptical husband thinks it works nice. So, if you are on the fence, Iâd say give it a try.

Bluetooth is great.
I found that the screen fit the existing cell phone mounting points that I had been using. I finally found everything I wanted in one product and the quality is excellent. It connects seamlessly to my phone when I turn on my car. Setup was very easy and with the help of customer service I was able to change my startup logo and it works as advertised. It was the perfect solution. Installation was very easy and the back up camera looks great. Bluetooth is great and it works great! The quality of the camera is really great. Considering that adding a camera is actually very inexpensive, I would recommend giving it a try if you are hesitant. Also I would recommend it to my family.

A Great Value
The camera quality is actually phenomenal. I was skeptical considering adding the camera was actually very inexpensive, but I am thoroughly impressed. The screen is a little bit laggy, but overall as responsive as you’d expect for this price point. The CarPlay is wireless and connects instantly! Wiring the camera is relatively easy, but it does take a little intuition. The suction cup mount didn’t work well for me, but that’s mainly to do with the fact that my dash is made of very cheap plastic, so no fault to the manufacturer. I used the adhesive mount instead.

The Cure for Center Console Envy
I drive a pretty old car. But it still runs great, and itâs been paid off for a long, long time. The only thing I envy about my friendsâ newer models is that sweet center console with the big navigation screen and entertainment system. I always wanted to add something to my car to level the playing field, but it was always too expensive.This Lamtto system is very affordable and links right up with my iPhone (not the current model, but hey, the phone is not nearly as old as my car!) and gives me a big, bright navigation screen and music from my phone. My wife and I used to fight about GPS. I wanted to use our old Garmin. The software was always out of date, and it sometimes took as long for it to find the satellite as our whole trip, but at least I could see it. My wife always wanted to cradle her iPhone in her lap and tell me when and where to turn â sometimes after weâd already passed the street. Now we have the best of both worlds. Nearly instant navigation through the smart phone plus a big, bright, colorful screen even my aging eyes can easily see.The box comes complete with several different mounting options, all the necessary cabling, and even a backup camera that I havenât installed yet. The camera takes its power from the carâs reverse taillights so Iâll have to ask my electron-savvy friend Joe to help me with that. Iâll update when I get a chance to install it. The screenâs power adapter that plugs into the cigarette lighter port on the dashboard even has an additional USB A slot you can use to keep your phone or other device charged up while you drive.I always thought my âcenter console upgradeâ would cost an arm and a leg but I was wrong and I couldnât be happier. I see Lamtto has several models and options so you might want to shop their brand to see if there are versions with other features you may want. For me, this unit gives me everything I was looking for. It also works with Android systems if that’s what you use – I might try it out with my Android tablet to check it out.
