WOW. JUST WOW. 4.5 out of 5; minus a little for no color/shade samples
I’m almost 60/F, some wrinkles and a fair amount of discoloration, red spots, and sun damage, esp. on cheeks.This foundation (baked balance and brighten, color FAIR) is really easy to use. Feels like nothing, even when building. I used only basic, soft, fluffy brushes I had on hand; they worked well for light coverage, but I do think a denser brush option – like a retracting kabuki, as recommended – might work better for building.Very good coverage on bare skin (moisturizar only), pracrically perfect over an inexpensive primer. Almost all my flaws disappeared, even without concealer.Did not settle in wrinkles, either. I FEEL PRET-TY, OH-SO PRET-TY!…or, at least, “not bad for an old broad, not at all!”.I do find that using primer is better over large pores and significant discoloration, such as have I. I used a budget brand with spf 30 and the foundation went on perfectly.It’s FAST, too. The longest part if the process is waiting for the primer to dry, maybe 1-3 minutes.Found it difficult to shade match – but to be fair: When is it *not* difficult?Would be a very nice thing if Laura Geller Beauty offered an inexpensive “sampler” (say, $5.00 for just enough product for 1/2 face in two adjacent shades) to help in this process.I tried “PORCELAIN” first, but it was just a tad too light. The model wearing “FAIR” looks like an olive tone to me, whereas (I think?) I’m more peachy, like the “LIGHT” model – but I’m super pale…but … but.. hem ..haw..Seems really wasteful to open, use once and return a full product to try a color that isn’t quite right, as I have. “Samplers” would really help reduce the volume of product returns, not to mention reduce waste and carbon footprints – just sayin’.Step up,😀Laura Geller. First time user and it took me time to get used to this. I do have mature skin and I love that it does not sit in my wrinkles. It takes a couple brushes to get full coverage but goes on easy and looks great once applied. A little costly but worth the Money.

Just received this product. First time trying the Laura Geller Baked, Balance, N Brighten foundation. My first reaction to this is Meh. Not wowed. It does have some good points though. Below is my list of Pros and Cons.ProsIt does balance my skin tone.Does not settle into fine linesIs light to medium coverage and does not feel heavyConsDoes not cover red spots from post inflammatory pigmentation – need to use concealerI did not feel it did anything to “brighten” my complexion. It was more flat than brightened.Color was a bit too light. I bought Porcelain due to some of the reviews for Fair being too dark.I had to use some bronzer to give my face a bit more color.I will use it a few more times just to see if my first impression changes.

Game Changer
I’m 49 & I have a lot of redness on my face with wrinkles & big pores 😕 I used this product I was pleasantly surprised how well it covered everything. Even acne scars were covered. I was so skeptical of purchasing it because I’ve tried everything on the market. Nothing covered well enough. It’s very light weight & non drying. Lasted all day without caking. I’m now a forever customer. Just make sure you choose the color of your own skin. Trust me it works great & isn’t noticeable A+ Don’t hesitate ~ just go for it & get it. You won’t be disappointed. 👌

I love this powder. The coverage is light and natural. It does not increase fine lines or wrinkles. It is the best compact powder I have ever used. Will purchase again.

Ich mache mir selten die Mühe eine Rezension zu schreiben, dieses Puder hat es allerdings verdient! Als Kosmetikerin kenne ich allerhand Bräunungspuder, dieses ist unschlagbar!Ich bin ein eher blasser Herbsttyp und habe mich trotzdem an das dunkle Toffee gewagt und siehe da es wirft ein wunderschönes Braun in mein blasses Gesicht 👌Mit dem richtigen Pinsel ein Highlight zu setzen, schafft jeder! Ich werde es immer wieder kaufen 🤗
