    Great lashes, water proof, and washable!
    For more years than I can count I’ve used Avon wash off waterproof mascara but as I have gotten older my eyelashes have gotten shorter and the Avon product does not do much to lengthen them. I’m very particular, I don’t want clumpy lashes nor do I want raccoon eyes nor do I want to have to spend 10-15 minutes removing my eye makeup at night.I was quite impressed first when I put the mascara on and it lengthen my lashes, it kept them separated, and it didn’t clump.Then I was very surprised that I did not get raccoon eyes throughout the day because my eyes are very deep set and I get color smear from just about any makeup that I wear. To really test the makeup I wore it to sleep and the next morning was shocked to see it still hadn’t clumped and I still had eyelashes that looked good enough to go out in public with. As if that weren’t enough, I also did yard work and sweated and the eyelashes did not come off. But the biggest surprise and most points goes to taking a shower and just being able to wash off the mascara with soap and water with no residue and no fighting with smears and smudges afterward!I am a fan and hope they will continue to make this mascara for a long time because you can’t be the beat the price either!

    Great day time mascara, goes on and comes off easily
    This isn’t one of those thick, goopy, eye-popping, Disney-eyed mascaras. I’ve tried Maybelline’s version of those. They dry out quickly and are hard to put on — your lashes tend to clump and you have to use tools to unclump them. This Lash Sensation Sky High mascara goes on fairly thinly — enough to lengthen and enhance lashes nicely without looking… well, a bit ridiculous. I don’t want to look too made-up or like a caterpillar is clinging to my eyes. It also washes off very easily so I don’t end up looking like a raccoon the next morning.

    Ok, so I’d like to start by saying that I have not used mascara in over a decade, and this mascara exceeded my expectations! I’m so happy I gave it a chance!In my old mascara days, it didn’t matter what brand it was, it would always smudge and I’d have coon eyes by mid-day. I have even tried expensive mascaras from Sephora and they do not compare to this one!I have straight, down-pointed asian lashes with oily monolids and all of the mascaras I’ve used in the past would always smudge.In the last couple of years, I have only been getting lash extensions or would wear false strip lashes because I always thought my eyes were not “mascara-friendly”.I recently stopped getting lash extensions and wanted to go for a more “natural” look. The good reviews and cheap price point made me take a chance on this.Here’s some Pros about this mascara:-The wand allows precision and defines the hair of the lashes real well. I do see them lengthened, but it does not provide crazy volume. It’s buildable, but I only use one coat and it still looks fantastic.-The formula stays on the lashes! I have not had any issues with this mascara transferring to my lower or upper eye (and I even wear this to the gym and have never had any issues with smudging, flaking, or burning of the eyes!) HUGE plus for me!-Even if I do not curl my lashes prior to application, the wand and formula helps lashes stay up on their own! I was amazed by this because I have straight lashes, but this mascara actually lifts them and keeps them in place! Even if I do not curl my lashes, this mascara still has my lashes staying up! I don’t know what kind of magic this is, but I am so content with it!I have this bad boy on Subscribe&Save and it costs less than 8 bucks. If you’re thinking about it, go for it and give it a try!!! I am saving a ton of money since I do not get my lash extensions done anymore and this has been a great product for my transition from extensions.I have been using my current tube for exactly two months and the formula is beginning to thicken (compared to the first day I opened it), but it is still working wonderfully with all the pros listed above. I shall be getting a new one in one more month, so I’d say the tube lasts 3 months.Also, I recently found out this is the number one sold mascara in Japan (even though it’s a western brand), according to the Cosme beauty store- So it’s asian eyes approved!

    Great formula, crappy tube design!
    First, I LOVE the formula! While it’s not super volumizing, it’s buildable to create enough volume. But the LENGTH that this give you, whew!!! Sky high lashes for sure! Also, the staying power of this mascara is unbeatable. I end up with raccoon eyes with every other mascara, but this one holds in place all day! Even after falling asleep in it I wake up with clean eyes.My biggest peeve with this product is the tube design. The dang ring that “squeegees” the brush keeps coming off and it’s impossible to find (assuming it gets pushed into the tube) making the mascara unusable. I’ve been using this mascara for years and it’s happened with 100% of the tubes I’ve gotten, about halfway through the tube EVERY TIME! After waiting so long for them to fix the issue, I’ve finally given up hope and switched to another mascara. I’m very disappointed because I do love this mascara when the tube is in tact. Please fix this issue Maybelline!!

    Great Mascara
    I really love this mascara because it does not flake or come until you want it too come off!! The wand is great because it is seems to be a little longer than other mascara wands. The mascara lifts and separates your lashes but does not clump and make your lashes look fake. Will definitely be my go to mascara and will purchase again.

    The color is so pretty!
    The blue on this mascara is beautiful! I get compliments every time I wear it. I have green eyes and it makes them pop! I am 60 years old and was at an event and this 28 year old kid complimented me on how awesome it looked on me. I also does a good job at lengthening my lashes. It does take two to three coats though. Will be repurchasing.

    I ordered the “washable” not the “waterproof” because I wanted it to be easy to take off. This mascara really delivers. I didn’t think I would like the flexible wand, but it works to lengthen and separate my sparse lashes.

    Goes on thick
    I like this the color is very dark. Do struggle with applying it sometimes. It seems it goes on very thick and clumps. It is also very hard to wash off and this is not waterproof mascara I residue leftover after I wash my face sometime and I really have to scrub.

    I have a dry eye and use systane daily. I did not want to use an eye makeup remover on my eyes and I did not want a big bulky brush as I find it impossible to apply the mascara down close to the lash root without getting poking it too close to my eyeball … then you need to clean up the mess with remover. This mascara has a perfectly tailored narrow brush so you will be able to apply it skillfully. And important to me it does wash off with your face wash cleaner, and no it does not smudge during the day even though I play sports.
