I like the ease of assembly and mounting has great suction. It works with any make of phone because it’s adjustable. Release phone with just a touch of a button. Made well, too. Good value for the money.

Locks Tightly On To the Vent
This holder does what it says. It’s easy to attach and locks tightly onto the vent. The little hook in the back is a dramatic improvement over older phone holder attachments that I’ve previous used.There’s a suction cup and arm attachment too, but I haven’t needed to use it yet.The actual part that holds the phone is very snug. The foam is a little softer, is just clamp it down tightly too. The phone won’t move at all

It works fantastically.
Heat is a big factor as the suction can be affected. This phone holder withstands heat very well. I’m impressed and my iphone is pretty heavy on this unit, and it holds up amazingly. I appreciate this purchase and can definitely recommend this product as I am very pleased with my purchase.

Watch out for the button to expand it!
When I first tried to use this holder to put a cell phone in I of course neglected to read the instructions, which was my downfall! I ended up stripping the clamp and it would no longer hold a cell phone. The instructions do state about pressing a button on the back of the holder, however it would be nice if they had a little sticker where the cell phone sits to remind the user to press the button to open it!Because it was broken I chose to pry open the holder to see what happened. It has a tiny little gear, which because I manually opened the cell phone holder without pressing the button, it broke the tip of the little gear and it would no longer engage. I was not able to fix it, but that’s because I had to break it open to look. If I had known beforehand there are 4 or 5 screws that you cannot see, because they are underneath the shiny surface that the back of the cell phone sits against. If you peel that surface off, then it exposes the screws. If you open it like I did, watch out for two small springs, and one loose little plastic piece that engages and disengages the gear to hold the clamp together.I’d like to see the button holder of the clamp inside changed from plastic to a stronger material, I’d be willing to pay extra for that.I was able to still use this holder base though, because my wife had another phone clamp that she had gotten from a dollar store or Walmart and we were able to snap that onto the base holder ball. It works great now and held a phone with a bumpy road, though the phone itself tilted some from the bumps, but stayed securely.

Its pretty good. The mechanism is firm yet smooth, letting you adjust the phone angle while it doesnt move with potholes. It holds the phone firmly yet doesnt cover the screen, and seems plenty adjustable for different phone sizes. A slightly bigger than desired size? But I’d rahter a bit bulkier and good than a thinner, flimsier holder

I am really happy with this Car Phone Holder. I really like that it gives you three ways to use it. I have been using the air-vent option in my car for the last few weeks and I am really happy with it. It easily holds my iPhone12 mini which has a Defender Otterbox case as well as a card holder on the back of it (with 3 cards inside). It has made navigating while driving so much easier. I would recommend.
