    no more restless nights
    my dad started taking this and said it helped his sleep so i tried. i dont have problems, but lately have been having more restless nights and waking up 5-6 times just to turn over and go back to sleep. no more! i’ve taken these for 3+ months and huge difference!

    Waited 2 Months To Write This
    I’m a sceptic about taking supplements for a lot of things but after a lifetime of poor sleep, sleep aids that make me jittery or so groggy I can barely open my eyes in the morning, I decided to try magnesium. In the past I either don’t fall asleep until 3-4 am or wake up at 3-4 and can’t fall back asleep. My mind runs wild, I obsess over things and I can’t turn it off. I’ve been taking one pill every night after dinner for a couple months and I quickly fall asleep at night and am staying asleep until 7 am. I don’t wake up groggy at all! Took a couple weeks for the sleep to really come consistent but it’s life changing for me! The pills a bit hard to get down, but I’ve always had a hard time swallowing larger pills.

    Great deal on Melatonin
    I love taking melatonin and this brand has always been reliable! I find that it relaxes me enough to get to sleep but doesn’t knock me out and leave me foggy in the morning, unlike other brands. It tastes good, too! I usually get the 2 bottle deal so my hubby and I can each have our own.

    Well-packaged and delivered on time. Dosage is to our liking. Small disappointment to see some ingredients are sourced from outside the U.S.A. Would prefer an all American made AND sourced product in supplements.

    I love this vitamin, my doctor recommended it to me once I told them that melatonin did not work. I take it thirty minutes before bed time, and it gets me feeling calm and relaxed to fall asleep!
