    This is my second one of these and its a significant upgrade
    These have a limited shelf life if you use them as heavily as we do — like 2-3 times a day. I bought a newer version of my old Nuwave and this one has a menu feature that works pretty well. There are about 180 settings and a chart to tell you which one to use for say “frozen burrito” and a bunch of more complex things. That seems a bit much BUT its actually very effective and less guess work (mostly) on how to set the machine. All in all., I’d highly recommend this and I am an avid user.

    3rd nuwave and still my favorite!
    I have owned 3 different nuwave air fryers. This is by far my favorite! Not old is it easy to use but it looks clean and sleek and it’s super quiet! Not even as loud as my microwave. I’ve used it twice so far to make fries and tater tots. Both came out perfectly. The drawer is large I love the fact that the drawer and inside grate can go right in the dishwasher. I have always had good luck with nuwave! Great brand

    Nice air fryer
    Only reason this did not get five stars as the first air fryer that arrived did not work. The air fryer got hot but then turned off within 30 seconds. I called Nuwave customer service and within minutes they had a new fryer on its way to me. New unit works great, heats up food quickly and it very quiet. Great customer service at Nuwave!

    OH I really like My Fryer
    I’ve got to the point where I only use My range to fry eggs, everything else I use This Fryer. I have used the rotisserie for turkey chicken and beef, all comes out great. Bacon is a breeze, nicely done at 380f for 8min without preheating. Just got finished roasting veggies, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, and broccoli together came out great and it is easy to clean all the pieces are dishwasher safe. even the door goes in the dishwasher. Hope it lasts, only had it for a month or so.

    POOR DESIGN
    Inconsistent Cooking ResultsDespite the advertised Patented Linear T Thermal Technology, I found the cooking results to be very inconsistent. Some parts of the food would be overcooked while other parts remained undercooked. This issue persisted across various types of foods and cooking methods, making it frustrating to use.Complicated ControlsThe digital control panel is not as user-friendly as I hoped. The pre-programmed settings are confusing, and the manual doesn’t provide clear instructions. Adjusting the temperature and time settings feels cumbersome, and I often found myself struggling to get the settings right.Large and BulkyWhile the 7.25-quart capacity might be great for some, it makes the appliance overly large and bulky. It takes up a significant amount of counter space, which is a problem in my already cramped kitchen. Additionally, it’s heavy and awkward to move around when needed.Difficult to CleanThe non-stick basket is not as easy to clean as advertised. Food residues often get stuck in hard-to-reach places, making the cleaning process time-consuming and frustrating. Even after thorough cleaning, there were still bits of food left behind, which is not hygienic.Poor Build QualityThe build quality of the Nuwave Brio is disappointing. After just a few uses, the handle on the basket started to feel loose, and the overall construction feels flimsy.     Great experience with replacement.
    In March, I purchased a Brio 10 in 1 air fryer for my daughter and her family as a replacement for the much-used previous NuWave fryer that was just worn out. In early May, this new unit stopped working. I contacted NuWave regarding replacement, and I am pleased to say that the experience was a very good one. NuWave sent a replacement unit right away. The customer service I received was wonderful. I am currently using a NuWave unit myself that is over 5 years old, and it works like it was new. I highly recommend NuWave products.

    I love this airfyer! A friend of ours had one. So I ordered this and been using it almost every day! Makes hot dogs great, also made a awesome roast with seasoning, pork tenderloin ,crispy fries, and a nice steak. I found it very simple to figure out. Clean up is a breeze.Luv it!!

    Not a great quality product and even worse when I tried to return it they charge me $70 for shipping. I thought prime membership had free returns. Now I’m stuck with this appliance and lost money
