I have had chronic bad breath for some years now and it got worse this past year! Very Effective!
I’ve used a few probiotics before but this one definitely stands out from the others. I didn’t always use it as directed (20-30 minutes before a meal), but it still worked great. Aside from the super nice packaging, the two main things I noticed are that my troubled gums seem healthier and my morning breath isn’t bad (I have yet to use the tongue scrapper it comes with). I don’t brush before bed, only in the morning and I have a terrible knack for snacking in bed before I sleep or getting some soda in the middle of the night.As far as swallowing, the pills are bigger than I was expecting but still fairly easy to swallow and you only need to take one, so that’s a huge plus. Really awesome product for oral health.

I have problems with bad breath no matter what I do but these pills changed my life and self confidence is higher now. I usually take them in the morning so I brush my teeth, use the tongue scraper and then take one pill 20 min before breakfast. No matter how thorough I would clean my tongue it will always get a lot of that white stuff and it smelled really bad but ever since I started taking the pills even I forget to scrape my tongue it won’t accumulate that white layer and you feel your breath cleaner. I love this product and will probably keep buying it until I die cuz I’m in love with itUpdate Jan 2024: The new formula isn’t as good as the old one. It was reduced from 11 strains to 6 only, the dose is now 2 chewable tablets when before it was 60 caps one daily meaning the price doubled cuz you had supply for 2 months and now is for only one. It doesn’t help with gut so if you’re having bad breath because of gut problems (like me) this isn’t your to go product. I’m deeply saddened with this new formula and I have been forced to look elsewhere and I now take 2 different caps (I switched to a different provider) to do what this used to do with just one. Even if they were to charge double but keep the old same ingredients I would definitely keep buying it cuz the old formula was everything you needed.

Inside the package is a bottle of dietary capsules and a tongue scraper. The tongue scraper is a quality metal one, not a cheap plastic one. The pills are average size and not hard to swallow. The supplement had no offensive taste or smell. After using this product for a few days I noticed that morning breath didnât really seem to be as offensive. Since I was small, I have always suffered from bad breath. I can’t begin to tell you how difficult it’s been growing up and even into adulthood how people make jokes about your breath.
