Great for health anxiety
I’ve had generalized anxiety disorder my whole life. Needless to say I’ve had to deal with a lot of therapists, a lot of talk therapy, and various forms of treatment. For whatever reason for over a year now I’ve been seriously struggling with health anxiety. My therapist suggested I look for some books to work on and this one is the best one I’ve tried. It has great references for help, great suggestions, and some great journaling prompts and nothing that’s triggering. I haven’t found a better workbook yet. This is a must have for health anxiety.

A great tool if you put the work in
I am about half way through this book and I can see a significant improvement in my mental health. I was very hopeful when I started this workbook and was committed to taking the time to understand health anxiety and how it manifests in different forms. I was careful and thoughtful in completing the exercises. I discovered a lot of things and was able to make a lot connections and identify triggers. I can tell that my brain is processing things in a healthier way.
