I purchased a Gorilla Grip cat litter mat quite a few years ago. I really liked it because it trapped the small grains of litter and itâs easy to vacuum. Since I needed to replace it I Ipurchased other brands but none held up compared to the Gorilla Grip. I shook the mat almost every day and as a result the edges tore about 2 inches on the sides, which was my fault. Now I swear by GG I just replaced my other one which was not a cat litter mat. The grains were impossible to get out of the raised areas of the mat with shaking, vacuuming, etc. I will continue to purchase GG from now on. Great quality product at a very reasonable price.

This is the third Jumbo Gorilla Grip mat Iâve purchased of this sizeâJumboâand gray color. Love them all! They trap litter that our cats track out of the litter box. Litter shakes out easily. Washes with a harden hoseâoutsideâ& dries quickly. When the mat arrived, it did have a strong odor. But aired out in less than a day. Stays put where you place it.I was afraid that our cats would scratch on the loops that trap litter mat, but they have not scratched on it.

3 weeks later and the fold is still not smoothed out. The manufacturer really really really needs to stop folding these mats into the packaging, and only roll them.I even had to put the mats in the delicate cycle in my wash machine yesterday because my stupid cat peed on them while I was changing the litter box. The fold is still there.As to the function the mats are designed for. That part seems to work. I have less litter in the rest of my house, although the mats do not trap all the litter – and I have the litter box in the corner of the room and 2 large mats in front of the litter box.Cleaning. Yup, relatively easy. Picking up the mats and shaking them out works beautifully.
