To be honest I thought it was kind of dumb to take probiotics for your lady bits. Prior to me having much of a sex life I had a scented feminine area. It helped with sweat down there too. However, you will still have to take either digestive enzymes or probiotics for your digestive system. Seems to Have Worked as Promised
A few weeks before vacation, I noticed an odor problem. I tried a few topical things to try to get my PH back in balance but the odor just kept returning. For years, I had been taking another brand of “women’s” probiotic, but apparently it was not working.
