    Love the cooling effect on eyes and face. Love that it contains caffeine and vitamin E. I don’t notice the depuffing imediately but I certainly notice the dark undereye circles are less prevelant and more bright

    Stick with Tula
    I used Tula originally for under my eyes for the cooling and caffeine etc but wanted to try a cheaper version but not worth the switch. Sticking with Tula.

    It did not give me enough hydration. You have to rub it on and it’s very hard to get on the skin and to rub it. In my opinion some people might like it I did not like it.Thank you I do appreciate it reaching out to me I
