Pro: I purchased this brand and Vanilla Cupcake candle because I wanted to freshen up my apartment and also have an emergency power outage candle for when we have those California rolling blackouts to prevent electrical fires during summer heatwaves when air-conditioners are in high use. I don’t have one of those, but everyone is affected when our power company has to do it. I can rest easy with this candle in its own glass jar and it has a strong scent within a half hour of burning it that I’m not allergic to and my partner said he thinks it smells like a vanilla tapioca pudding rather than a cupcake, and I agree. My small senior apartment complex isn’t allowed to have candles that aren’t in a safe heat resistant glass container so this is perfect. It is important to trim the wick prior to using it and each time thereafter to 1/4″. Instructions are listed on the product box. Keep out of drafts to lessen the wick smoking and extend the life of the candle.Con: We moved the candle from the bedroom to the living room (which is much larger) because the candle scent becomes very noticeable after about 20 minutes or less in each room. If you have a larger home (mine is 600 sq. ft.) it may take longer to fill the entire home. I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but I mention it because I suspect it depends more on how long you want to enjoy the pleasant light. I highly recommended it even though we are both sensitive to all fragrances. Hope that helps folks decide. I have enjoyed the second one I purchased even more because the weather has been pleasant enough to leave the windows open. Definitely a positive for me now!

Great scent Great value!
My main floor is under construction including the kitchen, and I wanted it to smell like a kitchen instead of saw dust and paint. This candle was a perfect value and the scent is making it feel like home again, even if the candle is sitting on plywood while we wait for counters ☺️

I pay for Yankee Candles because they burn perfectly have incredible scent that goes through your house and lasts. You will never be disappointed with these High End Candles that give you your moneys worth every single time! I love the MacIntosh Apple Scented ones in the Fall. So many Seasonal or all year round Scents to choose from! This is an oversized Jar for an excellent price point! Don’t wait have your little piece of relaxing with their heavenly scents now.
