Zulay Kitchen is named after my extraordinary mother, Zulay. As a single mother in poverty-stricken Venezuela she worked extra long hours yet, still found time to cook healthy meals for her kids.

At the time, I thought nothing of it. Now that I’m married with children, I see how much of a superhero my mom really was.

    Works awesome!
    It does what it’s supposed to! High quality, durable. The color was as expected. Spins super fast. Works for lots of different things. Coffee, matcha, frothing drinks, mixing protein shakes, etc. The only thing I will say is that it takes 2 batteries. I was very confused because it looks like it only takes one so I thought it was broken. But after looking closer, it is 2 batteries. So nothing wrong with it, but if you purchase this, remember that you have to put in 2 batteries even though it doesn’t look like there will be room for both.

    The most used accessory in the kitchen
    I can’t believe how much I needed this device. Any beverage that needs powders mixed in like instant breakfast, hot coco this will do a great job. No more unmixed powder clumps in my beverage. Simple to use and clean. battery life is very good. I use rechargeable batteries but you really don’t have to change them very often. The froth this thing makes is crazy. Your beverage with grow in the cup with fluffy airy froth.Works great with syrup, honey or anything thicker that can be difficult to mix completely. I use it in some of my cocktails for complete mixes.I only wish it had a slower speed for some mixing. If your cup/glass is too small or too full it will make a mess. But you will figure out the best way to operate it. I LOVE IT!

    Almost too powerful!
    So, we have a different brand at work. I saw this on amazon and the price was great. The only two things I notices were:1. Almost too powerful. It will whip the coffee right out of your mug! (be careful)2. Really surprised it did not come with a stand.Other than these two observations, this is a well-built item and does work.

    I don’t use as a frother!
    I know this is supposed to be used froth milk but I use it as a mixer for mixing powders in my drinks! I use it for medicines and greens powders. It’s works amazing. My powders are fully mixed in my water and it makes it so much easier to drink. It’s super durable even when I add ice. I only ordered black in color so no complaints.

    Update – seller was kind enough to contact me and mail me a replacement. The replacement wasn’t damaged. Works great! Great customer service.From my experience, every hand frother I’ve owned lasts a year at most. With that being said, I don’t spend a lot of money on them. I received this one today and the battery compartment is missing the tab to open it. Cannot open without breaking it. Very poorly made. Waste of $6.
