    Really does whiten my teeth
    I found it very hard to believe that using this rinse would actually whiten my teeth, but I am now a believer. It really works, I’ve re-ordered and will continue to use it …every other night for about 5 minutes, and my teeth are much whiter.

    Low Quality
    I purchased this in error but decided to keep it and give it a try. I was very disappointed in the quality. It is a low quality compared to other oil pull washes I’ve tried. It seems very diluted. Not recommended at all.

    Not for me
    I ran out of my Nanda Guru and sent the hubby to Amazon to search for more since my local Walmart was out. He bought this brand instead. While the taste isn’t horrible, the quality was just not there. This is a very thin substance and does not feel like the oil I am used to using. It does not feel like it’s pulling much of anything, and I definitely do no see the same satisfying results in the sink after using like I do with the Nanda Guru. I will be switching back asap.
